Delete Your PayLeaf Account

PayLeaf users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@payleafpayments.cafrom the email address associated with your PayLeaf account. Please include the subject line "Delete my PayLeaf account" and, if applicable, your business name.

What happens after your request

  • We verify that the request came from the account owner.
  • We disable the account for onboarding and payments.
  • We delete the Supabase auth user associated with the account.
  • We remove or replace public profile details where deletion is supported.

Data we may retain

PayLeaf may retain transaction records, payment metadata, tax records, refund records, dispute records, fraud prevention records, and legal or compliance records when required for payment reconciliation, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, tax, refunds, or disputes.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying ownership of the account.
